I started STEMsaic on a stubborn observation. Across three decades I watched partnerships coordinate without ever aligning: rushed to form, eager to persist, running on goodwill and hope. Busy, well-meaning, and never quite fitting together.
STEMsaic is the answer I built: distinct ways of working at the science:society interface, each its own pane of glass, set into one picture. I have worked in all of them, and holding the panes together is the practice. That is the mosaic.
Every one of those panes is below. Hover a tile to see how it fits.
Every piece of the mosaic is one way STEMsaic works at the science:society interface. Move across the mosaic, or pick a piece below, to see how each one fits your work.
STEMsaic helps you define and build the impact that aligns your strengths across a partnership. That means three things, in this order. I help you name what you are actually trying to do, I help you get it done, and I build up the places where the work is thin, so you reach the impact you set for yourselves.

There are no staff openings right now. That changes as new project partnerships come together, and I always want to know the people doing this work.
